GreaseTrack is a third-party record holder that helps renewable fuel feedstock collectors and aggregators and producers protect their commercially sensitive information while proving compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
Data pull request form
As of April 7, 2025, GreaseTrack will no longer offer real time portal access to GreaseTrack datasets. To request a redacted output of data held by GreaseTrack, please fill out the following form. If you require unredacted data access, please identify that need and a GreaseTrack staff member will schedule a videoconference session where the requested data can be viewed. All services, from redacted data pulls to unredacted data view sessions, shall be offered at the hourly rate associated with your GreaseTrack contract. For any data request for which there is no otherwise agreed hourly support rate, data pulls or access sessions will be billed at a rate of $285/hour of support provided, with time billable to the next 30 minute increment.
